Booking and cancellation

Clear before anyone pays.

This is the rule for Tanga Suites and Riverside Home, on Riverside Gardens Road. You pay Anna Comfy Homes directly. The website does not take the money.

• The rate

  Tanga Suites and Riverside Home are KSh 6,000 a night. Cleaning is included. The rate is for the apartment, up to two guests. A calendar month is not thirty times the nightly figure. We quote one monthly amount when you send the dates.

• When a booking exists

  An enquiry does not hold the apartment. The dates are held only after we confirm the home is free and the M-Pesa deposit has arrived. Browsing this website does not reserve anything, and this page does not take card payments.

• How you pay

  Pay Anna Comfy Homes by M-Pesa, send money to +254 769 813 743. In the M-Pesa message, put your name and the apartment: Tanga Suites or Riverside Home. We reply that the dates are held only after that message reaches us. A stay of three nights or more needs a 50% deposit to hold the dates, and the balance 24 hours before check-in. A stay of one or two nights is paid in full to hold the dates.

• A month

  Tell us the move-in date and how long you want. We send one monthly figure. The amount named in that message is what holds the apartment, and the balance is due before you move in. It is not calculated as KSh 6,000 times the number of nights.

• Cancellation

  For a few nights: if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in, the deposit is refunded. Inside 7 days, the deposit is kept. If we cancel, everything you have paid is refunded. For a month: the same rule, with 14 days’ notice instead of 7. A refund is sent back by M-Pesa to the number that paid.

• House rules

  Each apartment sleeps two. No parties or events. Cleaning is included, and so is a courtyard parking space. Check-in is at 10:00 AM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Directions are sent when the dates are held. A gate code is never published here.

• Other homes

  If we later introduce a home that is not one of these two apartments, you pay that host, or the platform where it is listed. We will say so before you send any money. This M-Pesa rule is for Tanga Suites and Riverside Home.

• If something is wrong on arrival

  Message us on +254 769 813 743 or write to iragosaann16@gmail.com. We meet you on the details of that apartment. We do not insure the stay.
