What happens to an enquiry.

The enquiry form asks for a destination, dates, number of guests, a budget, optional preferences, your name, an optional phone number and a note. That is so we can look for a stay. It is not an account, and this site does not ask you to sign in.

Submitting the form does not send those details to a database. The prepared message is shown on the page and, if your browser allows it, kept in local storage on your device so you can copy it. If a WhatsApp business number has been configured, the same message can open in WhatsApp. From that moment WhatsApp’s own terms apply to the chat.

This version of the site does not load an analytics script and does not set a tracking cookie. If a tag manager is later added to the page, enquiry events are written for it without your name or phone number.

We do not sell enquiry details. We do not ask for payment card numbers here. Please do not put a card number or a password in the note.

To ask about a message you already sent, use the same enquiry form. There is no separate privacy inbox published yet.
